EPjet (TM)- Technology
EPjet - Technology is a drop-on-demand printing technology, which is originally dedicated to print viscous paints and varnishes which contain pigments and fillers. Applications now are far beyond of this initial technical approach.
Working principle: A micro-pneumatic control unit generates multiple pneumatic control signals by an internal fast-switching microvalve-array. The pneumatic signals are used to control fluid droplet ejection through drop-on-demand nozzles included in a fluidic unit.
Ebrush(TM)-Technology
The Ebrush technology concept integrates Drop-on-Demand printheads into manual paint application devices, which are operated like a paint roll. They allow to draw edges precisely and time efficiently without the need of masking steps, thus saving time.
